Terms for Eenee Organics Recycling Service

PAYMENT
Payment shall be made before orders are final.
Your creditcard will not be charged until the item is shipped out or 2 weeks before your service starts (4 weeks before your collection date).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Money Order,  Direct Deposit (Please use your name or order number in direct deposit transaction details). Select 'Details on File' if you have ordered before or if you have problems entering your card details, then phone or fax your card details separately.

ORGANICS WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE
For Eenee Organics 240L Bin Owners and/or Renters (if you are supplied a bin to use for free, you are deemed to be renting it).  Rented bins will be collected when you finish your service or decide not to continue with the service.

- For households, this service is offered as a 6 month (13 fortnightly collections), a 12 month (26 fortnightly collections) option or a 12 month (12 monthly collections).  Payment will be due 2 weeks prior to the service commencing or continuing, or 4 weeks prior to the collection date.  (The service is deemed to start 2 weeks prior to the collection date).  You will be sent a renewal reminder 4 weeks before the last collection date of your service.

- For businesses, this service is offered as a 3 month (13 weekly collections) or a 6 month (26 weekly collections).  Payment will be required prior to the start or continuing of the service.  You will be sent a reminder invoice 4 weeks prior to your service finishing.

SERVICE DEFERRAL
If you wish to defer your service for a time, contact us at least 1 week prior to the collection date you wish to postpone from, and advise us of the date you wish the service to start again.  If you wish to have a less than monthly collection rate, then you will need to purchase a bin and then arrange collection as you need it.

REFUNDS ON SERVICES / CHANGE OF ADDRESS
No refunds on unused services are given.  If you move to a new address, you may advise us of the new pickup location at least 2 weeks prior to the collection date, and provided it is within one of the areas covered (contact us for the latest update on areas covered), we will collect from this new location.  Alternatively the service can be transfered into the new occupiers name.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
WHEELIE BINS will be delivered direct to addresses in the greater Hobart area.  The bin will be left at or near your front door if no one is home.  If you have other requirements, please write a note in the 'notice to us' section when checking out of this website. 
Our special ventilated lockable wheelie bins are only available for sale in the greater Hobart area for organics recycling customers. (note for the Melbourne service you order through the website at the link provided on our home page).

OTHER ITEMS  All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post or Australia Air Express or Road Freight. We also ship Airfreight to PO Boxes.
Note: Please provide us with a 'LEAVE WITHOUT AUTHORITY" by typing this into 'Your notice to us' window when checking out.  If you do not provide this or it is not safe to provide this for your area (we can take no responsibility for lost goods if your delivery goes missing where a Leave without authority is given), then Airfreight orders will be sent direct to your local Post Office.  We will notify you by email of where and when your order has been sent, as direct to Post Office orders will not be carded.  You will have up to 1 week to collect the order.  Please take photo ID with you to collect it. 
Small postal orders still go through Australia Post who will card items too big to leave. 
We have a flat rate for delivery in the Greater Hobart area of $4.35 for orders. 

INTERNATIONAL (outside Australia).
We are not currently shipping items on this site to International destinations.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We endeavor to process and send orders within 1 to 2 working days.  If there is likely to be a delay we will advise you by email.

Customer Service & Return Policy: Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with an item, return it, in new condition, with the order copy, within 30 days, for an exchange or refund. Items which have been used cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the original package (just the bag or box the item is in, not the mailing carton.) Postage and freight charges are not refundable.

We reserve the right to alter and update these terms as needed, you will not be notified of this, so please check these Terms each time you place a new order.  Date these Terms were last updated  24th August 2011.
